Sales Consultant / Base + Commission

SalesFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we have "Who We Are" maybe as About the role? The instructions: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to map content accordingly. We have: - Department: Sales Reports to: Store Manager (metadata, can be folded into short p or dropped) - Who We Are: description (maybe "About the role"? Actually "Who We Are" is about company, could be "About the role"? But they said use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we can use "About the role" for the summary of role? But we have "Summary:" which describes the Retail Sales Consultant position. That could be "About the role". Also "Who We Are" could be maybe omitted or placed in a short p? The instruction: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So "Who We Are" is not minor metadata; it's about company. Could be considered "About the role"? Not exactly. But we could treat "Who We Are" as part of "About the role" or maybe we create a section "About the company"? Not in allowed headings. Probably we should incorporate it into a short paragraph under "About the role" or maybe we just include it as a paragraph before sections. Since they said prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We could have sections: About the role (includes Who We Are and Summary), Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Responsibilities), Qualifications (Qualifications), Skills (Skills and Requirements), Benefits (Benefits Include), maybe Schedule (the summary mentions full-time 40 hours a week including Saturdays). Pay not mentioned, so omit Pay section. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Benefits we have list: Competitive Wages, Group Health Insurance, Life Insurance, AD&D Insurance, Optional Vision & Dental Insurance, Paid Time Off (PTO), Holiday Pay, Pre-Tax Retirement Program, Team Member Discounts. That's substantive. Schedule: "This is a full-time position, 40 hours a week including Saturdays." That's schedule info. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /. Use

for each section heading, then content:

for prose,

  • for lists. We must preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from each section. Let's extract: Who We Are: "B-Sew Inn is a family-owned sales organization that has been serving sewing and creative enthusiasts for over 25 years. Together with our team, we operate a successful sewing machine and service business by delivering excellence and inspiration to our guests (customers). With six retail locations in Oklahoma, Arkansas, Missouri, and Texas a Nationwide Education Sales Division, an Events Sales Division, and our E-Commerce Divisions, we continue to experience healthy growth and financial stability. Our Distribution Center and Administration Offices, based in Oklahoma, provides sales support and infrastructure to enable our company to be prepared for future growth and expansion." Note there is a missing comma after Texas? but we keep as is. Summary: "The Retail Sales Consultant position is responsible for selling a variety of sewing machines, and related products, and driving sales through excellent customer service while upholding B-Sew Inn's core values. This is a full-time position, 40 hours a week including Saturdays." Essential Duties and Responsibilities: list of many items. We'll put each as
  • . Qualifications: "High School Diploma or GED required.1-2 years relevant sales experience required." Note missing period after required. We'll keep as two sentences maybe. Skills and Requirements: list of items. Benefits Include: list. Physical Demands and Work Environment: This is not in allowed headings; maybe we could incorporate into Responsibilities? But it's substantive. The instruction: "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text". It didn't restrict to only those headings; they gave examples. Could we add a section for Physical Demands? The allowed headings list includes About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. They didn't list Physical Demands. But we could fold it into Responsibilities or maybe into a separate section like "Working Conditions"? Not in list. Safer to incorporate into Responsibilities as a paragraph? But they said use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Physical Demands is prose, not a list. Could add a

under Responsibilities after the list? Or we could create a section "Requirements"? Actually Requirements could include physical demands. The heading "Requirements" is allowed. So we could put Qualifications separate, Requirements separate? They listed both Qualifications and Skills as headings. But we have Qualifications (education/experience) and Skills (skills). Requirements could be something else. But we could use "Requirements" for physical demands and work environment. However they also have "Skills". Might be okay to use Requirements for physical demands. But we already have Qualifications and Skills sections. We could add a Requirements section for physical demands. That seems plausible. Thus sections: - About the role (combining Who Are and Summary) - Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Responsibilities) - Requirements (Physical Demands and Work Environment) - Qualifications (Education/Experience) - Skills (Skills and Requirements) - Benefits (Benefits Include) - Schedule (full-time 40 hours a week including Saturdays) We must not repeat job title as heading. Good. We must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. Not present. Now craft HTML. We'll start with

      About the role

      then

containing Who We Are and Summary combined? Could be two paragraphs. But we can put both in one

separated by space. Better to keep as two

      maybe. But they said use

      for prose. So multiple

      okay. Thus:

      Schedule

Note we already mentioned schedule in About the role summary; but we can still include schedule section. However we might be duplicating. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Duplicating schedule info may be thin. But schedule is substantive; we could keep it only in About the role and not have separate Schedule section. However they said include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. The schedule info is present; we could put it in About the role already. Having a separate Schedule section would repeat the same sentence, which is duplication but not filler. Might be okay
