Sales Consultant
About the Role
An In-Home Sales Representative serves as the primary point of contact for all customers by delivering the West Shore Home sales method to secure customer agreements to purchase our products and services.
Schedule
Rotating schedule:
- Weeks 1–2: Monday–Friday, available 9:00 AM–7:00 PM
- Weeks 3–4: Tuesday–Friday (9:00 AM–7:00 PM) & Saturday (9:00 AM–2:00 PM)
Sales appointments are about 2 hours each. Includes weekly team meetings and training workshops.
Responsibilities
- Guide customers through a personalized one-call close sales process
- No cold-calling or lead generation—all leads are warm and pre-set
Compensation
- Competitive base salary
- Uncapped commission
- Annual Net Sales Bonus Program
- Expected first-year income earnings up to $200K+

Requirements
- Ability to quickly connect with anyone in an environment
- Competitive nature with a drive to succeed
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- Previous sales experience (success also seen with recent grads and those from retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles)
- Valid smart phone or smart device for logging into company systems using two-factor authentication
