Responsibilities
- Build relationships and create long-term customer loyalty.
- Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking pertinent questions and actively listening to their needs.
- Demonstrate knowledge of vehicle features, optional packages, and latest technologies.
- Conduct high-quality demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
- Follow up with buyers to secure referrals and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Overcome objections and handle negotiations effectively.
- Report regularly to the Sales Manager on progress, challenges, and performance metrics.
- Maintain a positive attitude and bring your best self to work each day.
Qualifications
- Previous dealership experience is preferred but not required.
- Comfortable with a commission-based compensation structure.
- Outgoing and enthusiastic, with a friendly demeanor.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Clean and valid driver’s license.
- Willingness to undergo a drug screening before employment.
