Role Description This full-time Sales Consultant role is a hybrid position based in Three Rivers, MI, with some work-from-home flexibility.The Sales Consultant will engage prospective and existing customers, identify their needs services and solutions. Daily responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound inquiries, conducting consultations, preparing quotes, and following up to support successful service delivery and customer satisfaction.The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking systems, coordinating with operations and service teams, and providing clear, timely communication to customers.The Sales Consultant will contribute to sales goals, participate in local outreach or events as needed, and support continuous improvement of customer experience and sales processes. Qualifications Sales Consulting skills, including identifying customer needs, presenting solutions, and supporting the full sales cycle.Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills, with a focus on building trust, resolving concerns, and maintaining long-term relationships.Strong Communication and Consulting skills to explain services clearly, ask effective questions, and guide customers through decision-making.Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, with reliable transportation to Three Rivers, MI and a suitable home workspace.Organizational and time-management skills, including managing multiple leads, follow-ups, and documentation accurately.Comfort with basic digital tools (email, CRM systems, spreadsheets) and willingness to learn new platforms.Prior experience in sales, customer-facing roles, or home services is beneficial but not required.High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.
