- Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
- Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
- Be a passionate guest advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it!
- Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what our customers need.
- Create personal connections with guests to make tech look simple.
- Foster a competitive drive and ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.

Training Requirements
- All Sales Consultants must attend and complete a four-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within 30 days of their official start date.
