Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize client accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and proactive problem-solving.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures to help clients comply with legal requirements and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of HR services and support.
- Conduct regular account reviews and provide actionable insights to drive business growth and profitability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in HR, preferably in a client-facing role.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and industry trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Knowledge of HRIS systems and proficiency in using them.
- Experience with performance management tools and processes.
- Understanding of labor laws and regulations.
