A Brief Overview

A Sales Consultant with TriNet helps drive business success by selling TriNet's comprehensive HR solutions to companies with 5-99 employees. Key responsibilities include prospecting, building a pipeline, qualifying opportunities, and executing a sales process.

What You Will Do

  • Develop an annual plan for hitting targets in your territory
  • Prospect using traditional methods and ecosystem partners
  • Qualify and disqualify prospects based on target market knowledge
  • Build a trusted advisor relationship and ecosystem partnerships
  • Manage multiple opportunities in the sales process
  • Utilize sales tools and systems like Salesforce.com and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Meet sales activity metrics and complete administrative tasks
  • Demonstrate TriNet's core values
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Education Qualifications

A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Experience Qualifications

  • Typically 1+ years of B2B complex sales cycle experience required

Travel Requirements

Ability and willingness to travel to prospective clients' sites within your assigned territory.

Pay

The salary range for this role is $67,500.00 to $95,700.00. Final salary offer will be based on skills, education, work location, and experience.
