A Brief Overview
A Sales Consultant with TriNet helps drive business success by selling TriNet's comprehensive HR solutions to companies with 5-99 employees. Key responsibilities include prospecting, building a pipeline, qualifying opportunities, and executing a sales process.
What You Will Do
- Develop an annual plan for hitting targets in your territory
- Prospect using traditional methods and ecosystem partners
- Qualify and disqualify prospects based on target market knowledge
- Build a trusted advisor relationship and ecosystem partnerships
- Manage multiple opportunities in the sales process
- Utilize sales tools and systems like Salesforce.com and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Meet sales activity metrics and complete administrative tasks
- Demonstrate TriNet's core values
- Perform other duties as assigned
Education Qualifications
A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Experience Qualifications
- Typically 1+ years of B2B complex sales cycle experience required

Pay
The salary range for this role is $67,500.00 to $95,700.00. Final salary offer will be based on skills, education, work location, and experience.
