Responsibilities
- Greet customers like a pro, understand their needs, and guide them through the vehicle buying journey.
- Explain features, offer test drives, and help customers find the perfect fit — no pressure, just great service.
- Present financing options, trade-in values, and close deals with confidence and professionalism.
- Stay sharp on vehicle models, trims, and features with ongoing training (we invest in you).
- Handle paperwork accurately and ensure every deal is clean, compliant, and customer-approve.
- Build long-term relationships with your customers — they’ll come back to you because you earned their trust.
- Collaborate with finance, service, and fellow sales team members to give every customer a seamless experience.
- Hit (and exceed!) your sales goals — with support, mentorship, and room to grow.
Requirements
- A passion for people, cars, and closing the deal.
- Confidence, curiosity, and the ability to connect with just about anyone.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and time management skills.
- A customer-first mindset with a positive, professional attitude.
- Comfortable using CRM tools and willing to work evenings & weekends.
- Required- Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
