We're seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant to join our high-performing team at Tom Wood Ford. This role is for someone who is eager to grow their career and succeed in a supportive, forward-thinking environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers professionally and understand their needs
- Guide customers through the vehicle buying process
- Explain features, offer test drives, and assist in finding the right vehicle
- Present financing options, trade-in values, and close deals confidently
- Stay updated on vehicle models, trims, and features through ongoing training
- Handle paperwork accurately and ensure deals are clean and compliant
- Build long-term relationships with customers based on trust and excellent service
- Collaborate with finance, service, and other sales team members to provide a seamless customer experience
- Hit and exceed sales goals with support, mentorship, and growth opportunities
Requirements
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Pass a background check, motor vehicle record review, social security verification, and drug screening
Qualifications
- A passion for people, cars, and closing deals
- Confidence, curiosity, and the ability to connect with anyone
- Solid communication, negotiation, and time management skills
- A customer-first mindset with a positive and professional attitude
- Comfortable using CRM tools and willing to work evenings and weekends
