About the role

We're seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant to join our high-performing team at Tom Wood Ford. This role is for someone who is eager to grow their career and succeed in a supportive, forward-thinking environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers professionally and understand their needs
  • Guide customers through the vehicle buying process
  • Explain features, offer test drives, and assist in finding the right vehicle
  • Present financing options, trade-in values, and close deals confidently
  • Stay updated on vehicle models, trims, and features through ongoing training
  • Handle paperwork accurately and ensure deals are clean and compliant
  • Build long-term relationships with customers based on trust and excellent service
  • Collaborate with finance, service, and other sales team members to provide a seamless customer experience
  • Hit and exceed sales goals with support, mentorship, and growth opportunities

Requirements

  • Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Pass a background check, motor vehicle record review, social security verification, and drug screening

Qualifications

  • A passion for people, cars, and closing deals
  • Confidence, curiosity, and the ability to connect with anyone
  • Solid communication, negotiation, and time management skills
  • A customer-first mindset with a positive and professional attitude
  • Comfortable using CRM tools and willing to work evenings and weekends
