Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing detailed information about Volkswagen vehicles and available options.
• Assess customer needs and recommend vehicles and services that meet those needs.
• Demonstrate vehicles to customers and arrange test drives.
• Negotiate sales terms and complete sales contracts efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, promotions, and industry trends.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers for future sales and referrals.
• Collaborate with the finance and service departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Requirements

• Proven experience in automotive sales or a related sales field is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with a positive attitude.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; further education is a plus.
