What You’ll Do
- Greet customers like a pro, understand their needs, and guide them through the vehicle buying journey
- Explain features, offer test drives, and help customers find the perfect fit — no pressure, just great service
- Present financing options, trade-in values, and close deals with confidence and professionalism
- Stay sharp on vehicle models, trims, and features with ongoing training (we invest in you)
- Handle paperwork accurately and ensure every deal is clean, compliant, and customer-approve
- Build long-term relationships with your customers — they’ll come back to you because you earned their trust
- Collaborate with finance, service, and fellow sales team members to give every customer a seamless experience
- Hit (and exceed!) your sales goals — with support, mentorship, and room to grow
