About the role

Somak Luxury Travel is a family-owned, market-leading luxury safari operator based in London. We attract clients from the UK, North America, Europe, and the Middle East, and we own and operate properties in Kenya and Tanzania. We are currently expanding our team to meet increasing demand for African travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage client enquiries
• Craft bespoke safari itineraries
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact through to departure
• Build in-depth knowledge of our African destinations
• Work closely with our operations and sales teams

Requirements

• A genuine passion for wildlife and the natural world
• A degree in zoology, wildlife biology, geography, environmental science or similar
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• A confident, enthusiastic, and hardworking approach
• The ability to travel to our key destinations for periods of up to two weeks in a year
