About the role

Join Stevinson Toyota East, a subsidiary of Asbury Automotive, a Fortune 500 Automotive retailer with over 170 locations across 15 states. As a Sales Advisor, you will play a crucial role in the car-buying journey, responding to online inquiries and guiding customers through the buying process.

Responsibilities

• Contact and communicate with guests to identify their needs using the Asbury selling process
• Create rapport with guests to build a network of referrals
• Answer internet leads within the required timeframe and provide product information via email
• Handle sales phone calls and set appointments
• Follow up with guests on inquiries, after the sale, and for repeat business
• Conduct test drives and vehicle walk-arounds with customers
• Work with customers from start to finish throughout the buying process
• Maintain professional business attire and appearance

Requirements

• High motivation to succeed
• Excellent guest service skills
• Strong computer and phone skills
• Experience with customer relations management databases
• Prior automotive sales or retail experience, customer service, call center, or business development experience is a plus
• Bilingual is a plus
• Self-motivated and a team player
• Minimum of eighteen years of age
• Valid Driver's License
• Colorado sales license required
• Pass pre-employment screenings (background & drug test)
