Responsibilities

  • Guide customers through a comprehensive buying process using established selling steps, policies, and procedures.
  • Showcase vehicle operations in the showroom and during test drives.
  • Maintain an effective owner follow-up system to foster repeat and referral business, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Implement a prospecting system, contacting potential customers via calls and emails to schedule appointments and close deals.
  • Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager on objectives, planned activities, and performance analyses.

Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Sales background preferred.
  • Knowledge of new vehicle technologies and mechanical operations.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, thriving in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
