Responsibilities
- Guide customers through a comprehensive buying process using established selling steps, policies, and procedures.
- Showcase vehicle operations in the showroom and during test drives.
- Maintain an effective owner follow-up system to foster repeat and referral business, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Implement a prospecting system, contacting potential customers via calls and emails to schedule appointments and close deals.
- Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager on objectives, planned activities, and performance analyses.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Sales background preferred.
- Knowledge of new vehicle technologies and mechanical operations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, thriving in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
