Sales Consultant

About the role

As a Sales Consultant, you'll leverage our exclusive bedMATCH® diagnostic sleep system, empowering customers to find their perfect mattress based on 18 measurements and personalized recommendations. This tailored shopping experience transforms a customer's sleep quality and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Sell premium mattress/bedding products using our proven selling process and cutting-edge diagnostic sleep system (bedMATCH).
• Provide customers with a relaxed, low-pressure, and educational shopping experience focused on improving their lives through sleep solutions.
• Assist customers with loading mattress purchases onto their vehicles.
• Reset the showroom floor as needed.

Requirements

• Highly motivated and results-oriented with a passion for retail and exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends.
• Ability to work 40–55 hours per week in a typical 4–5 day schedule.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Enjoy meeting and interacting with customers and understanding their needs.
• Team-oriented attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual with equal fluency in verbal and written English and Spanish or other languages.
