What We Are Looking For

• We are seeking highly motivated and successful Retail Sales Consultants to assist us in our continuing quest to provide exceptional service to our customers.
• Preferred Qualifications: Availability to work evenings, most holidays, and all weekends, typically a 4–5-day work week with 40 to 55 hours per week. Bilingual with equal fluency in verbal and written English and Spanish or other languages a plus!
• Skills: Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, reset the showroom floor, and assist customers with loading their mattress purchases onto their vehicles. Provide a relaxed, low-pressure, and educational shopping experience focused on improving customers' lives through our sleep solutions.
• Technology: Use state-of-the-art technology including tablets, mobile POS, and our exclusive bedMATCH system.
• Attitude: A winning team-oriented attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm are keys to success.
