About the role

Mattress Warehouse is seeking highly motivated and successful Retail Sales Consultants to assist in providing exceptional service to customers. With over 520 store locations and growing, we have been a leader in the mattress industry for 35+ years and are USA family owned and operated.

Responsibilities

• Confidently sell premium mattress/bedding products using the tried and proven selling process and the cutting-edge diagnostic sleep system bedMATCH®.
• Provide customers with a relaxed, low-pressure, and educational shopping experience focused on improving their lives through sleep solutions.
• Utilize state-of-the-art technology including tablets, mobile point of sale (POS), and the exclusive bedMATCH® system.
• Lift up to 75 pounds, reset the showroom floor, and assist customers with loading mattress purchases onto their vehicles.
• Work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends, with a typical 4–5 day work week of 40–55 hours.

• Enjoy meeting and interacting with customers and understanding their needs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual with equal fluency in verbal and written English and Spanish or other languages (a plus).
