Responsibilities
- Confidently sell premium mattress and bedding products using our proven selling process and the bedMATCH diagnostic sleep system.
- Provide customers with a relaxed, low-pressure, and educational shopping experience focused on improving their lives through sleep solutions.
- Use state-of-the-art technology, including tablets, mobile point-of-sale (POS), and the exclusive bedMATCH system.
- Lift up to 75 pounds, reset the showroom floor, and assist customers with loading their mattress purchases.
- Work in a team-oriented environment with high energy and enthusiasm.
Requirements
- Availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends.
- Typical 4–5-day work week with 40–55 hours per week.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and assist with showroom floor tasks.
- Enjoy meeting and interacting with customers to understand their needs.
- Bilingual (verbal and written fluency in English and Spanish or other languages) is a plus.

Schedule
