About the role
We are currently seeking Sales Consultants in a full time role of 40+ hours per week, across our territories and states, to join us in providing an exceptional customer experience to Salon Services PRO internal and external customers.
Responsibilities
- Maintain existing relationships with our clients, managing their region and accounts as assigned, for a goal of 100% retention.
- Provide consistent and high-level customer service with the ability to rectify any customer complaints with a goal of 0 customer complaints.
- Develop and implement detailed, comprehensive sales strategies to build salon business in a minimum of your top 10 accounts.
- Possess the ability to prospect and create new relationships and business partnerships.
- Meet assigned KPIs on a regular basis.
- Manage and attend regular calendar appointments with existing clients, and prospects.
- Maintain current product knowledge, market knowledge, knowledge of competition, and current trends.
- Meet strict deadlines and timelines for client responses, administrative duties, social media posts, and all other duties.
- Manage social media accounts, making regular posts, driving engagement and interaction, in accordance with our social media policy and guidelines.
- Cook up coordination, support, and attend company and brand partner events on a regular basis.

Requirements

- High drive for success
- Ability to have in person meetings a minimum of 4 days per week at salons and spas
- Proven record of 1+ years of success in outside sales
- Prior working experience in the professional beauty industry is beneficial
- Skin care background is recommended
- Fast learner and highly adaptable recommended
- High Social Media Acumen
- Being customer service-oriented
- Proficiency with conflict resolution
- Moderate to Proficient with the Use of Numbers
- High Proficiency in public speaking and presenting
- High Proficiency with the use of computers and software systems
- High Proficiency with Zoom recommended
- Proficient Verbal and Written Communication
- Daily travel to client locations
- Stand and/or sit continuously
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license required upon hire and throughout employment, or other mode of reliable transportation.
