About the role

Our Jaguar/Land Rover dealership in Anaheim Hills is seeking Sales Consultants. This is an opportunity to contribute to the success of Rusnak Auto Group by achieving sales goals and objectives aligned with the Company’s strategic plan.

Responsibilities

• Consistently meet or exceed sales objectives and develop, implement, monitor, and adjust sales goals with management.
• Satisfy the transportation needs of clients and proactively work with sales management to correct performance.
• Sell, lease, and deliver a pre-agreed monthly minimum of vehicles.
• Greet clients professionally, assist in vehicle selection, and offer test drives while following company policies.
• Explain product performance, benefits, and optional equipment, and ensure clients understand depreciation and equity.
• Introduce clients to the sales management team and ensure all closed deals are forwarded to the Finance and Insurance Manager with completed paperwork.
• Prepare sold vehicles for delivery, ensure clients understand vehicle features, warranty, and paperwork, and introduce them to the Service Department.
• Schedule the first service appointment and follow up on post-delivery items (e.g., tag/title work, "we-owes," special requests).
• Maintain engagement with management, team members, and processes to foster successful working relationships.
• Utilize the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool to encourage repeat and referral business.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Sales Consultant or in Automotive, Retail, Sales, or Hospitality industries.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.
• High School Diploma or GED (ideal).
• Current California Driver License with a satisfactory DMV record.
• Current California Sales License.

Pay

$60,000/yr. - $120,000/yr., based on experience and skill level.
