Sales Consultant

Job Responsibilities

• Sales and service of Group Products within assigned territory.
• Achieve sales goals by line of business.
• Develop brokers within sales territory.
• Adhere to established Field and Home Office administrative procedures.
• Adhere to company underwriting guidelines while securing profitable business.
• Provide service to policyholders and brokers as necessary.
• Assist the Regional Sales Manager in sales office functions as requested.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Relevant Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years previous group employee benefit sales experience.
• This request may be waived for exceptional candidates from outside of the group employee benefit industry on a case by case basis.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Pay and Schedule

The expected hiring range for this position is $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 annually for work performed in the primary location (Bloomington, MN).
