Position Overview

Key Required Proficiencies
- Aid customers throughout the finance and vehicle purchasing process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure an exceptional experience.
- Identify customer needs and present financing solutions that meet their goals.
- Effectively handle customer questions, concerns, and requests.
- Utilize strong communication and negotiation skills to help achieve sales and finance objectives.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with dealership and lender requirements.
- Demonstrate resilience and the ability to recover quickly from challenges and setbacks.
Preferred Skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.
Qualifications
- Successful completion of a background check, including but not limited to, a criminal record check, physical and drug screen and motor vehicle records check (if applicable to position).
