Sales Consultant

About the role

The Sales Consultant at Ole Ben Franklin Mitsubishi of Oak Ridge is responsible for becoming knowledgeable about the vehicles and services offered, including vehicle selection, performance, accessories, efficiencies, safety features and functions, and financing options for both new and used vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Presents pre-owned vehicles to customers in an attractive and highly informative manner to promote prompt sales and maintain ongoing relationships.
• Encourage networking and repeat business through continued interaction with customers.
• Participate in on-site training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• Must be energetic and eager to work in a high-volume environment.
• Knowledgeable about vehicles and services, including financing options.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required.
