Duties & Responsibilities

  • Greet patients and customers as they enter the store.
  • Identify patients’ needs to ensure an easy and memorable experience.
  • Provide promotional products and services available.
  • Aids in choosing eyewear that fits budget and eye care needs.
  • Troubleshoot and identify problems related to prescriptions.
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions.
  • Attain sales goals while following company and local policies.
  • Adhere to quality control standards including OSHA and safety requirements.
  • Ensure brand standards by performing basic housekeeping duties.
  • Execute simple customer repairs, assemble lenses, and ensure accurate delivery.
  • Ensure brand standards in the lab area and report equipment malfunctions.
  • Track delivery time commitments to patients.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service and exceeding sales goals.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and be flexible in a team environment.
  • Effective communication skills with a diverse group of people.
  • Passion for outstanding customer/patient care and eagerness to share that passion.
  • Schedule flexibility.
