Sales Consultant
Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet patients and customers upon entry, identifying needs for an easy and memorable experience.
- Aid in choosing eyewear that fits budget and eye care needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve prescription issues, handle customer complaints, and provide solutions.
- Meet and exceed sales goals while adhering to company and local policies.
- Comply with quality control standards and safety requirements.
- Perform basic housekeeping duties as needed.
- Execute simple customer repairs, assemble lenses, and ensure accurate and timely delivery of eyeglasses.
- Maintain brand standards in the lab area and report equipment malfunctions or incomplete orders.
- Track delivery times and ensure 100% compliance with Now Service and Ready When Promised.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Key Qualifications
- Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service and exceeding sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and be flexible in a team environment.
- Effective communication skills with a diverse group of people.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Passion for outstanding customer/patient care and eagerness to share this passion with others.
- Schedule flexibility.
