Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet patients and customers as they enter the store.
- Identify patients’ needs to ensure an easy and memorable experience.
- Provide promotional products and services available.
- Aids in choosing eyewear that fits budget and eye care needs.
- Troubleshoot and identify problems related to prescriptions.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions.
- Attain sales goals while complying with company and local policies.
- Adhere to quality control standards including OSHA and safety requirements.
- Ensure brand standards by performing basic housekeeping duties.
- Execute simple customer repairs, assemble lenses, and deliver eyeglasses accurately.
- Ensure brand standards in the lab area and report equipment malfunctions.
- Track delivery time commitments to patients and ensure 100% compliance.
- Perform other duties as assigned and required.

- Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service and exceeding sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment.
- Skills necessary to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.
