Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet patients and customers as they enter the store.
- Identify patients’ needs to ensure an easy and memorable experience.
- Provide promotional products and services available.
- Aids in choosing eyewear that fits budget and eye care needs.
- Troubleshoots and identifies problems related to prescriptions.
- Resolves customer complaints and provides solutions.
- Attains sales goals while complying with company and local policies.
- Adheres to quality control standards including OSHA and safety requirements.
- Ensures brand standards by performing basic housekeeping duties.
- Executes simple customer repairs, assembles lenses, edges stock lenses, and ensures accurate and timely delivery of eyeglasses.
- Maintains brand standards in the lab area and notifies management of equipment malfunctions, incomplete orders, incorrect lenses, etc.
- Tracks delivery time commitments to patients (Now Service, Ready When Promised) for 100% compliance.
- Performs other duties as assigned and required.

- Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service and exceeding sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
- The ability to multitask, prioritize, and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment.
- The skills necessary to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.
- Passion for outstanding customer/patient care and eagerness to share that passion with others.
- Schedule flexibility.
