Sales Consultant

Duties & Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers upon entry.
• Identify patient needs to facilitate an easy and memorable experience.
• Provide promotional products and services.
• Absorb and resolve customer complaints, defuse dissatisfaction, and provide solutions.
• Attain sales goals while adhering to company and local policies and procedures.
• Comply with quality control standards including OSHA and other safety requirements.
• Ensure brand standards through basic housekeeping duties.
• Execute simple customer repairs, assemble lenses, and manage lens orders.
• Monitor delivery times and ensure accuracy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Key Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service and exceeding sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment.
• Effective communication skills with a diverse group of people.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Passion for outstanding customer/patient care and eagerness to share that passion with others.
• Schedule flexibility.
