Sales Consultant

Duties & Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers upon entry, identifying needs for an easy and memorable experience.
• Aid in selecting eyewear that fits budget and eye care requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve prescription issues, handle customer complaints, and provide solutions.
• Meet and exceed sales goals while adhering to company and local policies.
• Comply with quality control standards including OSHA and safety requirements.
• Perform basic housekeeping duties as needed to maintain brand standards.
• Execute simple customer repairs, assemble lenses, and ensure accurate and timely delivery of eyeglasses.
• Maintain brand standards in the lab area and report equipment malfunctions or incomplete orders.
• Track delivery times to ensure 100% compliance with Now Service and Ready When Promised.
• Perform other duties as assigned and required.

Key Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service and exceeding sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and be flexible in a team environment.
• Effective communication skills with a diverse group of people.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Passion for outstanding customer/patient care and eagerness to share that passion with others.
• Schedule flexibility.
