About the role

Nonstop Administration and Insurance Services, Inc. is a fast-growing health insurance company dedicated to providing high-quality, affordable healthcare solutions through its employer-sponsored program, Nonstop Health®. As a member of the Nonstop team, you'll play a crucial role in transforming the healthcare experience for brokers, clients, and members.

Responsibilities

  • Possess a proven track record in business-to-business selling through various channels such as distributors, brokers, etc.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with producers, account managers, and leadership through consultative meetings and financial analysis.
  • Prepare detailed financial analysis proposals and manage a robust sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with a diverse team in a largely virtual setting, occasionally traveling for meetings and conferences.
  • Assist in client retention efforts and occasionally lead informational webinars and speaking engagements.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of sales experience, with 2+ years in B2B channel sales.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare benefits or insurance, including a Health & Life Insurance license.
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required.
  • Experience with proposal preparation and financial analysis.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, with occasional travel.
  • Pass a background check and successfully complete state licensing within 60 days of hire.

  • Consultative selling and advanced problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent presentation and listening skills, along with proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and collaborate with various teams.
  • Proficiency in relevant AI tools and technologies.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

  • Remote position requiring prolonged sitting and frequent use of computers and other office equipment.
  • Occasional travel for meetings, trainings, and events.
