About the role

We are seeking highly motivated and successful Retail Sales Consultants to assist us in our continuing quest to provide exceptional service to our customers. With over 520 store locations and growing, we have been a leader in the Mattress industry for 35+ years, and we are USA family owned and operated!

Responsibilities

  • Sell our premium mattress/bedding products utilizing our tried and proven selling process and cutting-edge diagnostic sleep system bedMatch.
  • Provide our customers with a relaxed, low pressure and educational shopping experience focusing on improving their lives through our sleep solutions.
  • Leverage our exclusive bedMATCH® diagnostic sleep system to empower customers to find their perfect mattress based on 18 measurements and personalized recommendations.
  • Work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends, typically a 4–5-day work week with 40 to 55 hours per week.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of large ticket / high value product sales experience.
  • Preferred qualifications include bilingual fluency in English and Spanish or other languages, ability to lift up to 75 pounds, and experience resetting the showroom floor and assisting customers with vehicle loading.
