What We Are Looking For

We are seeking highly motivated and successful Retail Sales Consultants to assist us in providing exceptional service to our customers. With over 520 store locations and a history spanning 35+ years, we are USA family-owned and operated!

  • Utilize our tried and proven selling process and cutting-edge diagnostic sleep system bedMatch.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Available to work evenings, most holidays, and all weekends. Typical 4–5-day work week with 40 to 55 hours per week.
  • Bilingual with equal fluency in verbal and written English and Spanish or other languages a plus!
  • Able to lift up to 75 pounds, reset the showroom floor, and assist customers with loading their mattress purchases onto their vehicles.
  • Provide a relaxed, low-pressure, and educational shopping experience focused on improving customers' lives through our sleep solutions.
