What We Are Looking For

We are seeking highly motivated and successful Retail Sales Consultants to assist us in our continuing quest to provide exceptional service to our customers. With over 520 store locations and growing, we have been a leader in the Mattress industry for 35+ years, and we are USA family-owned and operated!

Preferred Qualifications

  • Availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends.
  • A typical 4–5-day work week offering between 40 and 55 hours per week.
  • Bilingual with equal fluency in verbal and written English and Spanish or other languages a plus!
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, reset the showroom floor, and assist customers with loading their mattress purchases onto their vehicles.
  • To provide a relaxed, low-pressure, and educational shopping experience focused on improving customers' lives through our sleep solutions.
  • Use of state-of-the-art technology including tablets, mobile POS, and our exclusive bedMATCH system.
  • A winning team-oriented attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm are keys to success.
  • To enjoy meeting and interacting with customers and understanding their needs.
