What We Are Looking For

• Hiring highly motivated and successful Retail Sales Consultants who can assist in providing exceptional service to our customers.
• Experience working in a retail environment, especially evenings, most holidays, and weekends.
• Preferred qualifications include bilingual fluency in English and Spanish or other languages, ability to lift up to 75 pounds, and knowledge of state-of-the-art technology including tablets, mobile POS, and bedMATCH system.
• A winning team-oriented attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm are keys to success.
• The ability to provide a relaxed, low-pressure, and educational shopping experience focused on improving customers' lives through our sleep solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends.
• A typical 4–5-day work week with the opportunity to work between 40 and 55 hours per week.
• Bilingual with equal fluency in verbal and written English and Spanish or other languages a plus!
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, reset the showroom floor, and assist customers with loading their mattress purchases onto their vehicles.
