Responsibilities
- Confidently sell premium mattress/bedding products utilizing our tried and proven selling process and cutting-edge diagnostic sleep system, bedMATCH.
- Provide customers with a relaxed, low-pressure, and educational shopping experience focusing on improving their lives through our sleep solutions.
- Use state-of-the-art technology including tablets, mobile point of sales (POS), and our exclusive bedMATCH system.
- Lift up to 75 pounds, reset the showroom floor, and assist customers with loading their mattress purchases onto their vehicles.
- Enjoy meeting and interacting with customers while understanding their needs.
Requirements
- Availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends.
- Typical 4–5-day work week with 40 to 55 hours per week.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
- A winning team-oriented attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual with equal fluency in verbal and written English and Spanish or other languages.
