What We Are Looking For

• We seek highly motivated and successful Retail Sales Consultants who can assist us in providing exceptional service to our customers.
• We have over 520 store locations and have been a leader in the mattress industry for 35+ years.
• We are USA family-owned and operated.

Preferred Qualifications

• Availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends.
• A typical 4–5-day work week with opportunities to work between 40 and 55 hours a week.
• Bilingual with equal fluency in verbal and written English and Spanish or other languages a plus.
• The ability to lift up to 75 pounds, reset the showroom floor, and assist customers with loading their mattress purchases onto their vehicles.
• To provide a relaxed, low-pressure, and educational shopping experience focused on improving customers' lives through our sleep solutions.
