Responsibilities

• Confidently sell premium mattress/bedding products using our tried and proven selling process and cutting-edge diagnostic sleep system, bedMATCH®.
• Provide customers with a relaxed, low-pressure, and educational shopping experience focusing on improving their lives through sleep solutions.
• Utilize state-of-the-art technology including tablets, mobile point of sale (POS), and the exclusive bedMATCH® system.
• Lift up to 75 pounds, reset the showroom floor, and assist customers with loading their mattress purchases onto their vehicles.

Requirements

• Availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends.
• Typical 4–5-day work week with 40 to 55 hours per week.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Winning team-oriented attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm.
• Enjoy meeting and interacting with customers to understand their needs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual with equal fluency in verbal and written English and Spanish or other languages.

Pay

Compensation includes the greater of a generous hourly wage or commission pay, with eligibility for bonuses.
