Responsibilities
- Confidently sell premium mattress and bedding products using our tried and proven selling process and cutting-edge diagnostic sleep system, bedMATCH.
- Provide customers with a relaxed, low-pressure, and educational shopping experience focusing on improving their lives through sleep solutions.
- Use state-of-the-art technology, including tablets, mobile point of sale (POS), and the exclusive bedMATCH system.
- Lift up to 75 pounds, reset the showroom floor, and assist customers with loading their mattress purchases onto their vehicles.
- Enjoy meeting and interacting with customers while understanding their needs.
Requirements
- Availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends.
- Typical 4–5-day work week with 40 to 55 hours per week.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
- High energy, enthusiasm, and a winning team-oriented attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual with equal fluency in verbal and written English and Spanish or other languages.
