Responsibilities
- Aiding customers entering the dealership, addressing their inquiries and assisting them in selecting a suitable vehicle
- Selling a predetermined number of vehicles as outlined by the sales manager
- Explaining the features, performance, and benefits of the products to potential buyers and discussing all available options for purchase
- Conducting daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly reviews to optimize time usage and improve planning
- Offering test drives to all prospects and adhering to dealership procedures for obtaining necessary identification before the test drive
Requirements
- An automotive sales background is preferred
- Outstanding customer service, organizational, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivation, goal-orientedness, and enthusiasm in a team setting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- The ability to pass a background check and drug test
