Responsibilities

  • Aiding customers entering the dealership, addressing their inquiries and assisting them in selecting a suitable vehicle
  • Selling a predetermined number of vehicles as outlined by the sales manager
  • Explaining the features, performance, and benefits of the products to potential buyers and discussing all available options for purchase
  • Conducting daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly reviews to optimize time usage and improve planning
  • Offering test drives to all prospects and adhering to dealership procedures for obtaining necessary identification before the test drive

Requirements

  • An automotive sales background is preferred
  • Outstanding customer service, organizational, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivation, goal-orientedness, and enthusiasm in a team setting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • The ability to pass a background check and drug test
