SALES CONSULTANT

Responsibilities

• Build genuine relationships with customers on the floor, online, and over the phone
• Guide buyers through the full vehicle purchase experience from first hello to final handshake
• Stay sharp on Ford's product lineup, current incentives, and what's moving on our lot
• Use our CRM tools to follow up, stay organized, and grow your personal book of business
• Hit and exceed monthly sales goals with the support of a coaching-focused management team
• Become the kind of salesperson people send their family and friends to — on purpose

Qualifications

• Treat people like people
• Be motivated, consistent, and take ownership of your results
• Communicate clearly, listen well, and follow through
• Experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service is a strong plus
• Automotive background is a bonus, but not required. We'll train the right person
