Sales Consultant

About the role

We’re hiring motivated, competitive people to join our growing roofing sales team. You do not need roofing experience. If you’re coachable, driven, and comfortable talking to homeowners, we’ll train you to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to inspect roofs (we train you)
• Explain the roofing process and available options
• Help customers through insurance claims when applicable
• Work independently while supported by a strong team
• Follow a proven sales system—no cold calling required
• Sales and inspection training (no roofing background needed)
• Uncapped commission – your income is in your control
• Flexible schedule
