Responsibilities
- Assisting customers entering the dealership, answering questions, and helping them choose a suitable vehicle.
- Selling a predetermined number of vehicles according to the sales manager’s goals and objectives.
- Explaining the features, applications, and benefits of products to potential buyers and discussing all available options.
- Identifying customer needs through questioning and active listening.
- Reviewing daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly activities to optimize performance and planning.
- Conducting test drives for all prospects and ensuring compliance with dealership procedures for obtaining necessary identification.
Requirements
- Automotive sales experience preferred, but open to training the right candidate.
- Strong customer service, organizational, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivation, goal-setting, and enthusiasm in a team setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
