- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with managers and team members to achieve dealership sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions.
Qualifications
- Customer service experience in retail, hospitality, call centers, or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Willingness to learn, accept coaching, and grow in a sales career.
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable using computers, phones, and basic dealership software.
Sales Professional Requirements
- Proven success as an Automotive Sales Consultant or similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends.
- Valid driver's license.
