Sales Consultant

About the role

K. Hovnanian is celebrating over 65 years of quality and leadership in the home building and community development industry. We are seeking individuals who can play a significant role in helping our customers turn their dreams into reality.

Responsibilities

• Learn all products and sell homes
• Sell homes and secure contracts
• Follow up with prospective customers
• Maintain the sales database
• Present products to customers
• Shop the area competition

Requirements

• No new homes sales experience required
• A proven track record of two (2) successful years of sales experience highly preferred
• The ability to provide the highest level of customer service, including exceptional communication skills -- both one-on-one and in front of large groups
• Must maintain a valid driver's license
• A valid Real Estate License is required
• Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish is strongly preferred

Qualifications

We are looking for individuals who are disciplined, coachable, and willing to work weekends and some holidays. No prior new homes sales experience is necessary, but a strong track record in sales is highly valued.
