Sales Consultant

This role involves learning all products, selling homes, securing contracts, following up with prospective customers, maintaining the sales database, presenting products, and monitoring area competition. It’s a demanding job that requires hard work, coachability, and a willingness to work weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Follow a proven sales process to achieve a six-figure income
• Sell homes and secure contracts
• Follow up with prospective customers
• Maintain the sales database
• Present products to customers
• Monitor and assess area competition
• Provide the highest level of customer service, including exceptional one-on-one and group communication

Requirements

• Proven track record of two (2) years of sales experience; new home sales experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license

Pay

• Base salary of $700/week for the first 16 weeks
• $700/week draw after week 16
• Generous commissions per home sold, with total earnings potential ranging from $150,000 to $200,000/year
• Eligible for bonuses and additional incentives
