Sales Consultant

About the Role

K. Hovnanian is celebrating over 65 years of quality and leadership in the home building and community development industry. Our Sales Consultants will learn all products, sell homes and secure contracts. It's a tough job, but it's the right job if you want to work hard, are coachable and not afraid to work weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Learn all products, sell homes and secure contracts
• Follow up with prospective customers
• Maintain the sales database
• Present products to customers
• Shop the area competition

Requirements

• Ability to provide the highest level of customer service, including exceptional communication skills — both one-on-one and in front of large groups
• Must maintain a valid driver's license
• No new homes sales experience required
• A proven track record of two (2) successful years of sales experience highly preferred
