About the role
K. Hovnanian is celebrating over 65 years of quality and leadership in the home building and community development industry. This role involves playing a significant part in making people's dreams come true by selling homes.
Responsibilities
- Learn all products and sell homes
- Sell contracts
- Follow up with prospective customers
- Maintain the sales database
- Present products to customers
- Shop the area competition
Requirements
- Proven track record of two (2) successful years of sales experience
- New home sales experience preferred
- The ability to provide the highest level of customer service, including exceptional communication skills
- Maintain a valid driver's license
- A valid Real Estate License is required
Qualifications
- Discipline to follow a proven sales process
- Coachable and willing to work weekends and some holidays

- Performance-based compensation including a base salary of $700/week for 16 weeks, $700/week draw after week 16
- Generous commissions per home sold with total earnings potential ranging from $150,000 to $250,000
