K. Hovnanian is celebrating over 65 years of quality and leadership in the home building and community development industry. This role involves playing a significant part in the decision-making process that helps build dream homes.
Responsibilities
- Learn all products and sell homes
- Sell homes and secure contracts
- Follow up with prospective customers
- Maintain the sales database
- Present products to customers
- Shop the area competition
Requirements
- No new homes sales experience required
- A proven track record of two (2) successful years of sales experience highly preferred
- The ability to provide the highest level of customer service, including exceptional communication skills -- both one-on-one and in front of large groups
- Maintain a valid driver's license
Qualifications
- Discipline to follow a proven sales process leading to a six-figure income
- Coachable and willing to work weekends and some holidays
