Sales Consultant
About the role
K. Hovnanian is celebrating over 65 years of quality and leadership in the home building and community development industry. This role involves playing a significant part in the decision-making process that helps build dream homes. Prospective candidates should have a proven track record of two (2) years of sales experience, preferably in new home sales.
Responsibilities
- Learn all products and sell homes
- Sell homes and secure contracts
- Follow up with prospective customers
- Maintain the sales database
- Present products to customers
- Shop the area competition
Requirements
- Proven track record of two (2) years of sales experience
- New home sales experience preferred
- The ability to provide the highest level of customer service
- Exceptional communication skills, both one-on-one and in front of large groups
- Maintain a valid driver's license
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work weekends and some holidays
