K. Hovnanian is celebrating 60 years of quality and leadership in the home building and community development industry. This role involves playing a key part in helping customers turn their home dreams into reality.
Responsibilities
- Learn all products and sell homes
- Sell homes and secure contracts
- Follow up with prospective customers
- Maintain the sales database
- Present products to customers
- Shop the area competition
Requirements
- Proven track record of two (2) years of sales experience; new home sales experience preferred
- The ability to provide the highest level of customer service, including exceptional communication skills – both one-on-one and in front of large groups
- Maintain a valid driver's license
